I started with fitness in 2013. I liked the way it changed me physically and mentally, it made me stronger in both. I helped my friends with training and liked helping others. So I decided to become a certified personal trainer. I finished an online course, and then decided to deepen my knowledge. I got certified as a NASM personal trainer, with FIT-NL school in Amsterdam.
The changes that you want don’t come easily, is not an overnight thing. You need to work for it, sweat for it and sometimes also bleed for it (just kidding :P).
In trainings you need to be disciplined, consistent and have a lot of determination.
Strength training is what I like most, especially free weights and lately also interval and circuit trainings. Currently my favourite are back muscles group and glutes.
